Dear Parents,
We had a great start to our first day of TAAS camps. Kids arrived in the morning and immediately headed to the dining room to learn the rules of camp and have a snack. Before long, campers were off to their first activity. There was one activity before lunch and two more after. Campers followed this schedule.
Grade 4: Check in/Rules, giant swing, lunch, ecology, rock climbing
Grade 5: Check in/Rules, geo caching, lunch, giant swing, ecology
Campers have finished their showers and are arriving in the dining room now. We will have dinner and then campers get a chance to write in their journals. After journal time we will have our campfire program. Kids will sing songs, play games, and roast marshmallows for S'mores. It is a great way to end a long day of camp.
