TAAS Grade 6-7, Day 2

Writer's picture: MikeMike

Dear Parents,

It feels like fall today at Camp Taiwan. Campers awoke to light rain and cool temperatures this morning. Before long we were all in the dining room, however, enjoying a nice hot breakfast. Campers had two activity periods before lunch and two more after. For some of the activities today, campers participated based on grade level. We have some 6th-grade activities and some 7th-grade activities. For the other periods, it was back to the activity teams.

Our sixth graders today did shelter building and bug art. The seventh graders did slackline and tie-dye. The team activity rotation today included sports, zip line, and rock climbing.

Tonight, weather permitting, we have a fun outdoor wide game planned after dinner and journals.

Goodbye from Camp Taiwan
