TAAS Grade 6-7, Day 4

Dear Parents,

We have another good day of weather at camp. It is cool and cloudy, but the rain is staying away for the most part. Campers had a busy morning and even more action is packed into the afternoon sessions.

Sixth graders participated in Communication-focused cooperative games and then learned about leaves and living systems in Ecology this morning. The seventh-grade campers joined in an Ecology scavenger hunt around camp and then were led through a game-based seminar about peer pressure.

After lunch, campers will be back in their colored activity groups for rock climbing, zip line, and sports. After a big group game, campers will get cleaned up for dinner and prepare themselves for tonight's closing campfire. It has been a great week that has gone by very quickly.

Goodbye from Camp Taiwan
