Summer 2021 Session 4 Day 4
Dear Parents,
Our good weather luck continued today. We had a great morning of activities and as soon as the kids were snug in their tents for rest time, the skies opened up and we had a storm roll through. The storm delayed our afternoon activities by only 15 minutes and we had nice, cool post-storm weather the rest of the day. Teams followed this schedule.
Brown Team: Basketball, Shrimping, Lunch/Rest, Frisbee Golf, Wide Game
Orange Team: Pillo Polo, Slackline, Lunch/Rest, Basketball, Wide Game
Pink Team: Slackline, Basketball, Lunch/Rest, Shrimping, Wide Game
Gray Team: Outdoor Living: Shelter Building, Lunch/Rest, Outdoor Living: Prepping and Cooking
Campers are about to start their final activity of the afternoon. Then it is time for a short rest. Once they're cleaned up it's dinner, journals and then Party Night. Kids (fully masked) will enjoy some carnival-style games and listen to music. It is always a great way to end the penultimate night of camp.
