Summer 2021 Session 4 Day 3
Dear Parents,
We had some more rain this afternoon, but it came at the right time and we managed to get our full schedule of activities in. Campers slept in a little later this morning as the active schedule is making it so they want to get a good night's sleep. After morning meetings and breakfast, it was off to activities. The activities today included "Tent Time." Tent Time is a chance for the campers in small groups to play games and activities of their choosing with their counselors. Some groups played basketball, some played Spike Ball and some even decided to paint all over one of the camp cars. Teams followed this schedule.
Brown Team: Pillo Polo, Slackline, Lunch/Rest, Wide Game, Tent Time
Orange Team: Table Top Games, Zip Line, Lunch/Rest, Wide Game, Tent Time
Pink Team: Zip Line, Pillo Polo, Lunch/Rest, Wide Game, Tent Time
Gray Team: Big River Tracing, Lunch/Rest, Tent Time, Zip Line
We are halfway through camp. Kids have been great and, hopefully, counselors got to speak with many of you today on the phone. Tonight's evening program is a relaxing one. It is movie night. It's a great chance for kids to recharge their batteries and get rested before the second half of camp.
