Summer 2020 Session YS/TS Day 3
Dear Parents,
The penultimate day of camp got off to a nice start as campers slept in a little later than they had the previous day. Counselors were grateful the extra few minutes of sleep. Once children started to stir, counselors were there to get them going. First up was the tent meeting as the children got themselves organized for the day. Breakfast came next and then it was off to activities. Teams had two activity periods before lunch and two after. The weather cooperated once again and we had a full day of activities unaffected by weather.
The groups followed this schedule.
Purple Team: Archery, ecology, lunch, zip line, wide game
Red Team: Zip line, giant swing, lunch, crafts, wide game
Yellow Team: Ecology, crafts, lunch, rock climbing, wide game
Blue Team: River tracing, zip line, lunch, ecology, wide game
Gray Team (teens): Big river tracing, lunch, rest, Ultimate Frisbee
Campers are on their way back to the dining room soon for dinner. After dinner and journals, campers and counselors will have party night. We'll listen to music, play games, and have some shaved ice -- a great way to end the week.
Thanks for sending your campers to us this summer. This year has been a difficult one for all and we are grateful that Taiwan has handled things in a way that makes summer camp possible. We feel very fortunate to be able to have kids this year and we hope your children feel lucky to have been able to attend.

As for the Dropbox link below, not all folders will have pictures added every day. The first few days, most pictures are sorted by team, not activity. Some activities lead to more picture taking opportunities. If some teams have more pictures than other teams, we will try and even it out by the end of the week (but no promises!!). We do our best, but our main concern is your campers' safety and programming, pictures are a distant fourth or fifth (even though they may be number one to you). Please note, we will not reply to emails about photos. Enjoy.
